Directions to your Appointment
Going North on Highway 99
Take Exit 383 for Park Ave/Skyway.
Turn Right onto Skyway.
Go past the lights at Notre Dame Blvd.
At the second left turn lane (past the Raley’s shopping mall and just in front of the clock tower), turn Left onto Forest Ave. Pass Raley Blvd and take the second entrance to the parking lot on your right. The building is directly in front of you at the far end.
Going South on Highway 99
Take Exit 383 for Skyway/Park Ave. Turn Left onto Skyway. Go past two sets of lights. At the second left turn lane (past the Raley’s shopping mall and just in front of the clock tower), turn Left onto Forest Ave. Pass Raley Blvd and take the second entrance to the parking lot on your right. The building is directly in front of you at the far end.
Going West from Paradise
Go down Skyway and turn right onto Forest Ave, just past the clock tower and before you get to the Raley’s shopping mall. Pass Raley Blvd and take the second entrance to the parking lot on your right. The building is directly in front of you at the far end.
